Lunch at the Edelweiss

So far, we eat Bavarian food each wedding anniversary to celebrate our wedding in Salzburg.  The Edelweiss Restaurant near Staunton was a perfect place to have schnitzel.

We checked in at The Homestead and strolled around before having tea.

Bathing at Warm Springs

After tea we bathed in the natural hot springs that had been in use since the 1700's.

Cocktails at the President's Lounge

Before dining in the Dining Room, we had cocktails at the President's Lounge which had a portrait of every U.S. president that had visited.

The next morning we strolled around more after swimming in the indoor pool that was fed by the hot springs.  Before leaving Hot Springs, we had lunch at Sam Snead's Tavern.  On the way home, we drove through Goshen Pass.
